Gastronomic walk Golosa was the part of the heritage project initiated by the Tourist board of Vrsar and dedicated to the valorization of the heritage dessert – the Vrsaranski amareti, hazelnut cookie. Walk was themed around the hazelnut as the central ingredient and implemented in collaboration with the local restaurants and producers. Based on ethnographic research, walk was rooted in the territory and engaged the local community.
