Flavours from the other side of the Adriatic: Italian inspirations for Croatian dishes

The panel discussion with light dinner held as part of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World explored the historical contexts in which Italian and Croatian gastronomy have developed. The panel focused particularly on three dishes – savor, risotto, and pašticada – which guests had the opportunity to taste afterward, prepared by chefs Marina Gaši and Zdravko Tomšić.
